Logroño City Council hosts information sessions on the CircularCityChallenge

On 18 April and 27 June 2024, Logroño City Council hosted information sessions on the CircularCityChallenge project, with the aim of disseminating the pilot contest among municipal circular economy staff and city managers.

The 19 attendants were guided by Víctor Gimeno, local project manager, through the meaning and keys of the challenge. The events showcased the importance of the sustainable urban development and how the CircularCityChallenge pilot project can help the municipal and political decisions.

The activities were held in the City Hall. Participants were informed about how the competition can be useful and practical, relevant for all stakeholders involved, such as city authorities, industry, construction, government, infrastructure, and finance.
